The site of this project is located in Shahmirzad, a picturesque countryside in Semnan, known for its breathtaking landscapes and natural beauty. This unique setting serves as the backdrop for the design, where the focus is on harmonizing the architecture with its surrounding environment. The client's vision involves creating a residential space that combines the functionality of an apartment with the distinct characteristics of a villa.

The project is envisioned as a "sky villa," an innovative fusion of multiple villas within a single apartment building. This concept emphasizes wide balconies, panoramic views of the landscape, and abundant greenery, integrating nature into everyday living. These elements are integral to the design, ensuring that residents enjoy the essence of the villa living in a vertical structure.
